Home Again

We have had a busy 5 weeks. We were in Hutchinson, Ks. until June 26th, then drove to the Dallas area to attend the Magnuson, Peterson, Nelson, Koon family reunion. This is the reunion on Don's mother's side. Over 150 attended from all over the country. We had supper together on Thurs. eve. Friday night over 120 attended the rodeo. The reunion ended Sun. noon. We then drove to San Antonio and found a motel for the night. We went to find the river walk - a first for both Don and Roberta. On Mon. we went to the I-Max showing of the Alamo, and then visited the Alamo. It was interesting. We also went on the 1/2 hour boat ride on the river. About 2:30 we headed for home. We arrived home about 7:00 last evening. Now to get back to our routine. We were away for a day or two short of 5 weeks and only spent 2 nights in motel rooms. Thanks to all who hosted us.
